APTIH seeks a qualified Registered Behavior Technician.

The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, I.e., a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who is responsible for all work RBTs perform.

Specific duties include:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy for clients 0-21 years old in a structured setting under the close supervision and guidance of a BCBA
• Follow written program protocols and verbal directions
• Collect data electronically to track client data
• Write comprehensive notes to document sessions
• Assist BCBA with assessments
• Attend team meetings
• Accept and implement feedback on performance
