Job Description:
As a Brand Ambassador and Event Representative for AURA, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and products at events, markets, and other promotional opportunities. Your primary focus will be on creating an engaging customer experience that educates attendees about our brand story and the unique qualities of our pre-made drinks. While no drink preparation is required, you will be responsible for setting up and taking down event booths, ensuring that our products are displayed attractively, and actively selling to customers. There will be opportunities for commission based on performance at markets.

Responsibilities:

• Represent AURA with enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for our brand and products.
• Set up and take down event booths, ensuring that all materials and products are properly displayed and organized.
• Engage with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, introducing them to our brand and products.
• Educate customers about the features, benefits, and unique qualities of our pre-made drinks.
• Actively promote and sell AURA products, driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to inform future marketing and product development efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the duration of each event.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and connect with people.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to set up and take down event booths efficiently.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
