Job Type: Per Diem / 12 hour Nights
Salary: $39 - $43 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for per diem opportunities in the healthcare field? Join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents at a long-term care facility in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We are currently seeking Night RNs to provide quality care and support during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatments.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Adhere to all facility and agency policies and procedures.
- Current and unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting is a plus.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and dedicated to providing quality care.
- BLS certification is required.
