Single Family Property Manager
Augusta Rental Homes is the highest-ranked property management company on Google in the Augusta area (seriously, Google us!). We are looking to hire an aggressive and high-performing single-family property manager to join our team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of around 150 houses and will be the primary point of contact for rental owners as well as residents. The property manager should maintain current knowledge about the residents and the ongoing activities involved with each property. The property manager is expected to follow the Augusta Rental Homes policies and procedures for of management of the units in their care.
The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the rental owners and residents while preserving and increasing the value of the properties.
