Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at August Roofing and Solar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our roofing and solar projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, ensuring effective communication between team members and customers, and supporting the overall success of our projects. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with our Construction team to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. 
  • Coordinate project logistics and scheduling of tasks. 
  • Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure project progress and smooth operations. 
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including permits, licenses, and reports. 
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization. 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality. 
  • Act as a critical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or related industry. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. 
  • Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools and software is a plus. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work well under pressure. 
  • Knowledge of roofing and solar industry practices is a plus. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
