We are looking for a dedicated professional Outside Sales Representative (internally known as Project Consultant) to close our roofing and solar leads. This job has the potential to make more money than the average 8 to 5 or salary job can offer.
As an Outside Sales Representative with August Roofing and Solar you will be tested to grow personally and professionally. This is a great time for the roofing and solar industry and there are endless potential customers since we cover some of the best markets in the country: West Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Ventura County and Santa Barbara. This position is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or territory with services to include project estimating, conducting measure and proposal meetings with homeowners. This is a commission only position reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

Compensation/Benefits:
No CAP on commissions!!! Current reps making $85,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
Managing a pipeline of highly qualified, pre-set appointment leads to successfully grow sales.
Manage leads and meet with customers interested in purchasing one of our products
Follow nationally recognized sales process generating great closing ratio sales.
Educate potential customers on the benefits and value of adding solar, roofing, and gutter systems to their home.
Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add roofing and solar to their home.
Ability to build rapport and adapt to each customer and their situation through active listening and clear and concise communication.
Safely access roof tops and assess condition.
Accurately measure and prepare jobsite drawings and material lists as necessary.
Accurately prepare and present sales presentations, proposals and contracts while ensuring top customer service and company profitability.
Use ARIs proprietary roofing estimating software to prepare cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records, manage database; maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Who is our perfect candidate?
Valid California Drivers License
2 years experience preferred of In Home Sales in either solar, roofing or construction (not demanded). This job is also great if you have been in sales in another industry and are trying to transition.
Welcome ARIs structured (not rigid) and process-oriented environment.
Superb relationship building skills.
Outstanding organizational skills
Mature professionals that have a growth and improvement mindset.
Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
Experience with CRM systems highly desired
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
