Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial markets. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, creating financial models, and assisting in the execution of various financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring deals. You will work closely with senior team members to provide critical support in the deal process, including conducting industry research, preparing client presentations, and performing valuation analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking and develop a deep understanding of corporate finance. Key Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and valuation using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
Create detailed financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
Conduct industry research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with senior team members in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
