Responsibilities:
• To work closely with the Sales, Client Experience & Marketing team to influence Partners behaviour, a • To manage trade reporting & data hygiene in the B2B channel • To be confident in interpreting sales figures and identifying conversion opportunities and operational wins. • To build relationships with Sales Managers, HOPs and HoSS & key trade partnership in order to deliver messages and communications. • To implement and run Country Specialist & Sales Manager training when relevant. • To clearly understand and live by the Audley values and drive our repeat and recommend model business-to-business. • To be an authority on our partner’s client’s experience across the business. • To own travel agent conversion across the business and get close to the detail, by understanding the stats, where wins can be made and understand how you can work with each department to maximize the trade conversion. • To have exceptional IT skills, and a thorough understanding of Quest (salesforce). Along with a strong handle on Microsoft office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word. • To own complaints and issues that arise through our B2B platforms, taking responsibility and resolving them in a way that encourages advocacy and repeat business.Full Time
