Audley is Hiring a Remote Trade Sales Executive - US

Trade Marketing• Assist with the creation, planning, and distribution of US trade marketing material.• Create & maintain USTA Social Media presence (Facebook page as an example)• Assist in all tradeshow management, booth creation, logistics, communication.• Creation of various presentations for trade needs• Manage TA email database & work with the team to execute comprehensive email marketingQuest (Salesforce)• Facilitate new agent setup and keep agent records up-to-date in Quest.• Assist other depts with trade related Quest queries / ensure other depts are adequately trained to answer trade related Quest issues.• Maintain proper data hygiene for all TA set up in Quest • Continually improve processes to ensure smoother operationTraining • Champion trade sales with sales team and relevant departments• Assist Sales team with all Trade related queries• Work with Head of Partnerships & Partnerships Manager to understand training requirements and assist in creation and delivery of training presentations/training modules for both internal and external purposes.Reporting• Assist in the creation and delivery of new trade sales reports/key account reports as per current business needs• Agency/Consortia reporting Agent sales support• Support new & existing travel agent partners • Utilize all tools available to deliver best service to our trade partners.• Handle travel agent concerns efficiently and with empathy• Work with finance & Partnerships Manager to efficiently oversee all TA commission paymentsAccount management• Maintain regular contact with trade accounts as defined by HOP/PM to include outbound calls, emails etc.• Day to day management of the travel advisor inboxBusiness Development• Assist in establishing and delivering an effective onboarding process for new agents.• Attend agent events, conferences and meetings where required.• Outbound calls to TA’s Lead-Gen Partnerships support • Act as a backup to the PM/HOP to assist in managing lead gen partnerships (Smithsonian)• Undertake defined tasks (such as enquiry loading and commission application) to assist PM in lead-gen partnership sales process. • Other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the Sales, Client Experience & Marketing team to influence Partners behaviour, a • To manage trade reporting & data hygiene in the B2B channel • To be confident in interpreting sales figures and identifying conversion opportunities and operational wins. • To build relationships with Sales Managers, HOPs and HoSS & key trade partnership in order to deliver messages and communications. • To implement and run Country Specialist & Sales Manager training when relevant. • To clearly understand and live by the Audley values and drive our repeat and recommend model business-to-business. • To be an authority on our partner’s client’s experience across the business. • To own travel agent conversion across the business and get close to the detail, by understanding the stats, where wins can be made and understand how you can work with each department to maximize the trade conversion. • To have exceptional IT skills, and a thorough understanding of Quest (salesforce). Along with a strong handle on Microsoft office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word. • To own complaints and issues that arise through our B2B platforms, taking responsibility and resolving them in a way that encourages advocacy and repeat business.
