We are looking for a full-time Install Technician II in the Miami-Dade area! 

The Installation Technician II will be responsible for programming and installing Audio Enhancement products in educational institutions. Duties include testing product performance and resolving any technical problems encountered during installation.

Duties Include

• Installing Audio Enhancement equipment in schools and other locations
• Identify and resolve the majority of problems through troubleshooting.
• Strives to meet deadlines and help motivate team members to do the same. 
• Assist Field Engineers and Managers in commissioning and other field work.
• Help keep job sites clean.
• Interpret intricate maps and diagrams proficiently while monitoring advancement.
• Complete reports for all projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Overnight travel as necessary (typically about 2 weeks per month)

Requirements

• Strong deduction and problem-solving skills.
• Previous installation experience required, including network and AV equipment.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical environments.
• Proficient with hand tools and comfortable with tasks like climbing ladders and working in tight spaces.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including late afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license 
• Knowledge of installation standards and codes.
• Preferred understanding of audio-visual equipment, basic electrical work, and customer support experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
