THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Audicus’s Customer Relationship Management and Email marketing strategies. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, improving customer retention, generating customer loyalty and advocacy, and helping to build our brand as a market leader. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, execute, and manage a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer relationships, loyalty, and lifetime value
• Implement CRM best practices to maximize customer engagement across various touchpoints, with a focus on email and text channels
• Drive customer research projects and develop customer insights for increasing customer engagement and reducing drop offs at every point in the customer funnel 
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process of our email nurture stream, from conceptualization and design to deployment, measurement, and analysis. the planning, management, and execution of email sales & marketing campaigns, ensuring the campaigns are on-brand and synergistic with other email and broader marketing nurture streams 
• Implement and manage our marketing automation workflows tool (currently Klaviyo) to streamline communication processes and enhance efficiency
• Interface with our marketing automation representative to get maximum value from the tool, developing personalized content strategies to increase engagement and drive desired customer actions
• A/B test and optimize email campaigns for effectiveness, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion
• Create copy for email or other communications and QA copy created by others on the team 
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective CRM/email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, retention, advocacy, and overall business growth. Creative problem-solvers who can think strategically and analytically about sustainable growth - yet want to get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role. Beyond that, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Mindset of continuous improvement - not settling for good enough, but continuously challenging themself and the team to improve
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3 years driving successful CRM management and email marketing projects
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce (preferred) or HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on delivering compelling and personalized content.

COMPENSATION

$80-100K/year
