Audi of Lexington in Lexington, KY has an immediate opening for an Experienced Service Advisor for our growing store. 4 years of dealership experience is required. We have an abundance of business and are seeking an individual who wants to work for a top-notch organization. Compensation is commission based.

Responsibilities of the Service Advisor :

• Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time.
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.

Qualifications of the Experienced Service Advisor :

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
