Our Service Team provides a full range of plumbing and HVAC services. Whether it's an emergency repair or preventative, ongoing maintenance, we are here to help. We are looking for a Service Coordinator who will be an integral part of this growing team.

The Service Coordinator / Customer Care is the first point of contact to the Service Department for Auburn Mechanical clients. The sucessful candidate is someone who will ensure outstanding delivery of Auburn Mechanical service to internal and external customers by communicating effectively, paying attention to details, juggling competing priorities, and being an excellent team player. This is an ideal position to learn more about our Service Department and grow within.

This position requires onsite work Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Participation in the on-call rotation schedule is required.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as primary administrative and phone support for the Service Department by answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating work orders in accordance with Auburn Mechanical and customer protocols.
  • Using available tools and resources to research and problem solve customer inquiries about ongoing work orders.
  • Setting up new customers; tracking and following up on inquiries for service.
  • Supporting dispatch responses to customer service phone calls.
  • Auditing open work order reports.
  • Generating non-work order purchase orders for field employees.
  • Supporting needs for other divisions.
  • Monitoring and coordinating orders for breakroom and office supplies.
  • Coordinating team celebrations.
  • Providing project support as needed.
  • Supporting and fostering a positive team environment to promote and align with Auburn Mechanical company culture.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • One to three years experience in a customer service and/or office setting

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, to include: Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word required
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems required

This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Auburn, WA. The position is in a standard office environment with desktop and general office equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
