Dermatology Medical Assistant

Auburn Dermatology Center is expanding our practice! We are looking for an elite medical assistant to join our team. This person must be passionate about medicine, a true team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full or part-time position (Must be available at least Tuesday-Friday). This position has the opportunity for upward mobility in a rapidly growing company!

Primary Responsibilities

· Rooming patients

· Taking vital signs

· Scribing for providers during the patient exam

· Setting up for procedures

· Assisting with surgery

· Processing pathology specimens

Qualifications

· Medical Assisting Certification

· Must have experience working with an EMR

· Advanced understanding of medical terminology

· Dermatology experience a plus
