Description:
Responsible for accurately managing, retrieving, and transporting materials to designated locations within a warehouse setting. Ensures precise inventory control through daily transactions, including scans and manual entries. Rotates through various warehouse tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Utilize equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts to handle materials accurately.
• Conduct inventory transactions using the designated system.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Perform cycle counts as necessary.
• Rotate through different warehouse duties, including receiving area tasks.
• Participate in year-end physical inventory counts.
• Process replenishments as generated by the system.
• Handle returned products, ensuring accurate documentation and system entry.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for accurate processing of returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve return issues efficiently.
• Follow established protocols for handling returned products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records during restocking activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the returns area.
• Replenish inventory and supplies to maintain appropriate levels.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming products.
• Attend work regularly as scheduled.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• May operate warehouse vehicles for pickups/deliveries, including loading/unloading and transaction management.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate inventory management and retrieval skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory control.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operating warehouse equipment.

• Good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination.
• Manual dexterity for handling, grasping, and reaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
