Great position to work in the Customer Service Department. Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30 PM. Salary $20-$23/hour.
Duties:
- Mark outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Responsible for answering customer questions and inquiries.
- Data Entry
- Knowledge with shipping and returns is helpful.
- Confirm and create costumer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, effective decision making in high pressure situations
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
