Job Position: PERSONAL SUPPORT LONG-TERM CASE.SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT WASTE MY TIME. BEFORE APPLYING READ THE AD FULLY.
1st case:

High function 25yo male with Autism
12 hours a week.
Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Bi-weekly pay direct deposit.
1099.

Duties include:

Supervision.
Shower.
Toileting.
Assistance with eating.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and positively interact with clients.
Provide daily living skills and social skills as part of responsibilities to the client.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Provide first aid treatment as needed.
Documentation.

Skills:

Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients.
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients effectively.
Ability to interact with clients from diverse cultures.
Ability to observe individuals and report accurate findings.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Ability to work independently.

Qualifications/Required Documentation:

High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).
US work authorization. (U.S. passport or U.S. passport card. Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (this is commonly called a Green Card.) (Preferred).
CNA or HHA (40 Hours) Certificate (Accepted).
Valid Driver's License & Social Security Card (Required).
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Required).
Auto registration & proof of Auto Insurance (Preferred).
Liability Insurance (CM&F rate is $69.00/yearly) (Required).
CEU certificates: HIV/AIDs, Zero Tolerance, HIPPA, Direct Core Competency (I will assist with this) (Required).
Void check or equivalent (for bi-weekly direct deposit).
Level 2 and local background check. (Preferred).
2 professional references. (Required).
