As a Student Analyst Intern you will be responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior and skill acquisition treatment plans. The candidate will be assisting clients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on clients' progress, communicate with caregivers, and assist with coverage at other locations. To be successful in this role, you will display a compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing your BCBA certification
• Must have completed or be enrolled in a Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Must have at least 75% of your direct and indirect supervision completed
• Must have at least 75% of your schooling in Applied Behavior Analysis

completed

• Must be strong in natural environment teaching
• Must have great pairing skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one home setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor
• Provide coverage for staff call outs (must be willing to travel)
• Collect and record data on patient’s behavior
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of RBTs
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family
• Carry out assisting with clinical assessments and other administrative duties
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Tracking and management of all training certifications needed for ABA behavior technicians to ensure continued compliance.
• Supporting ongoing training and support to technicians.
• Supervision, Parent Training, and other BCBA roles under direct supervision of your BCBA.
