​The Contingent Change Management Engineer serves as Administrative Support to the Change Management Engineer (CME) as the CME is the air traffic controller of all changes coming into the Manufacturing/Production world, assuring that everything is complete, concise and parts are here to seamlessly incorporate the change into Operations. It is a cross functional position with knowledge of the transition of an Engineered Design into Manufacturing Documentation and Processes.​

​• 3 years’ experience in change management for manufactured product​

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
​The main responsibility for the person in this role is to support the Change Management Engineer in their day-to-day activities. Those activities involve the following, mainly:
​• Creating change notice tasks
​• Updating and maintaining the controlled copy log
​• Executing manufacturing bill of material updates
​• Costing requests
​• Metrics reporting for change management
​o Example: OCO (Operations Change Order) status (weekly, monthly, yearly)
​• The creation and management of written change management procedures
​• And other supporting tasks for the Change Management Engineer​

Minimum Qualifications

• ​Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

​• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
​• Experience with SAP-MBP, Windchill, familiarity with Bill of materials, Planning, and Change Management in an Operations/Factory environment is required.
​• Knowledge of manufacturing document requirements
​• Clearly communicate problems to appropriate personnel/departments/functions and aid in the resolution of the issue
​• Broad understanding of business systems, organizational culture, and behaviors
​• Treat unexpected circumstances as opportunities to learn and adopt new techniques
​• Respond effectively to unpredictable or unexpected events​

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
