Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting data analysis, and ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and maintain inventory levels
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory processes
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor product sell-through rates and implement strategies to reduce excess stock
- Assist in heavy lifting and physical inventory counts as needed
- Utilize data visualization tools to present inventory data effectively
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management software
- Contribute to demand planning activities to forecast future inventory needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain

Experience:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of demand planning principles and supply chain operations
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within an inventory setting
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
