Job Description :

As a In-House Service Dispatch Agent you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling in-house warranty service repairs for our valued customers.

This role requires effective communication with both customers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. As the primary point of contact, you will schedule appointments, provide timely updates and reminders, and diligently follow up until the technician arrives.

The position operates under moderate supervision.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Receive service call reports from Technical Service Agents and promptly schedule service appointments for warranty repairs.
• Engage customers via phone or email to efficiently schedule service appointments, provide regular updates and reminders, and maintain communication until the service technician arrives.
• Coordinate with in-house technicians by phone or email to assign service calls and establish suitable service appointment schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Proficient organizational and data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and ensure efficient service resolution.
• Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role or related field.
