This role entails daily customer-facing interactions, so we are looking for someone eager to deliver tailored solutions and personalized recommendations to our customers. As An Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative, You Will:

• Create and plan product presentations to personally educate customers on the telecommunications services that Verizon offers
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Present our products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Close deals by negotiating contracts, building relationships, and overturning objections
• Build a pipeline of leads in your given territory to meet sales quotas and company objectives
• Stay up-to-date with telecommunications industry trends and best practices for lead generation
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales Representative team to plan and execute new campaign strategies
• Attend daily meetings to develop business acumen and ensure understanding of our products and services

Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in sales, client relations, customer services or related fields is a plus
• Ability to commute to the officedaily
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• An unwavering commitment to represent our notable clients in a professional and personal manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
