WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To be our Customer Service Representative - CSR - Data Entry Clerk superhero, you'll need:

• 1 years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with potential for on-call duties.
