1. Objectives and Key Results
- Attain new capital with investment bankers and legal counsel
- Structure debt and lease instruments for working capital and fixed assets
- Communicate financial status to board of directors
- Maximize cash flow; monitor payables and receivables
- Minimize costs through financial transparency and purchasing policies
- Ensure prompt and accurate accounting close
- Manage finance, human resources, and purchasing personnel
- Manage tax and audit with public accountants
- Set personnel and compensation policies
- Confirm contract, regulatory, and legal compliance
2. Critical Capabilities
- Financial management in small technology company
- Equity and debt formation
- Board and shareholder communication
- Cost and cash flow management

Compensation:
$175,000-$250,000 base salary. Performance bonus and equity are also part of compensation.
