What are we looking for?

A seasoned Assistant Sales Manager with at least 3-5 years of retail management experience. Assistant Sales Manager will Assist the entire operation inclusive of inventory management, hiring, training, and managing employees at Barton Creek Square Mall. The Assistant Manager must ensure that ATN achieves its customer satisfaction goals, as well as maintains a culture of development and advancement by motivating employees and facilitating their career development with ATN.

We are looking for our Assistant Sales Manager to bring their own unique expertise by recommending ideas to improve efficiency, meet targets, and grow our brand. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales at the store
• Train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Achieve financial performance goals including sales, budgets, and cost control
• Build strong team relationships with staff
• Employee schedule planning, training and overseeing timely courier deliveries
• Inventory management planning
• Check and confirm waybills and invoices on all deliveries of inventory to the store
• Must be comfortable closing sales along with the team
• Profit and Loss statement reporting
• Deliver consistent luxury client experience
• Implementation and execution of sales initiatives
• Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
• Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
• Forecasting staffing needs and developing a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas together with the VP of Operations
• Participates in the annual review process
• Shipping and receiving of merchandise

• G Suite Platform, Word, and Excel knowledge and experience
• Retail experience
• Leader who leads by example and knows how to inspire a team
• Successfully attracts, develops, and retains highly qualified sales professionals that contribute to the success of the Store
• Committed to open communication, transparency, continued development and performance management
• Proficient in critical thinking, business planning and execution to meet and exceed goals
• Consistently supervises results of the sales team, in order to provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Uses extensive knowledge of customer activities and ATN products to develop high impact sales pitches that the team can utilize
• Develops and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of ATN products and its competitors in order to effectively train and manage a sales team to be successful

Benefits:

• Starting at $17.00 per hr
• Plus, Unlimited Commission
