My client is currently seeking a full-cycle HHA recruiter to join their fast-paced, collaborative, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
• Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily
• Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriate
• Work closely with the leadership team and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep an ongoing pipeline
• Document all candidate activity during the candidate process
• Be creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key networks to broaden the applicant pool

Qualifications

• .5 years of home health care recruitment experience
• (Recruiting for HHA is required)
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Ability to utilize all different types of social medial platforms to source for top talent
• Analytical and research skills
• Solid candidate experience skills - the ability to draw in candidates and keep a strong pipeline
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style

The annual base salary range is $50k to $90k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
