A leading human service organization known for their dedication in supporting individuals living with developmental disabilities is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for their Queens location. This team of interdisciplinary professionals have been offering expert clinical, educational, and therapeutic support to New Yorkers in hopes to enhance their everyday lives and they are looking for the right RN to join them in their mission.

The base pay range for this position is $45 to $48 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.

Responsibilities:

• Shows proficiency in executing clinical, technical, service, and administrative duties.
• Consistently and ongoingly evaluates patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health status, as well as their knowledge base, to ascertain healthcare and educational requirements.
• Provides information regarding treatments, tests, preparations, and procedures.
• Offers guidance on home and self-care.
• Collaborates with the relevant healthcare provider for communicating both normal and abnormal test results.
• Supervises the upkeep of clinical inventory and forms.

Requirements:

• Associates, Bachelors or Masters in Nursing
• Prior experience working with children/adolescents
