Atlas Property Management is Hiring a Lease Up Community Manager Near Tigard, OR

Position Overview

Job Title: Lease Up Community Manager Location: Tigard, OR Salary: 55k - 58kSchedule: Tuesday - SaturdayThe Atlas Team is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of inclusion and warmth. As Community Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, as directed by Company, including, but not limited to:Requirements: 
  • Check schedule for upcoming appointments. 
  • Check voicemails and return calls (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
  • Check emails and return emails (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
  • Review all property work orders and complete any required action items.
  • Deposit and process any physical payments.
  • Generate leases for upcoming move-ins and renewals. 
  • Process any pending move-outs in AppFolio.
  • Inspect parking lots and garages for any vehicles in violation of parking agreement. 
  • Report illegal dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles. 
  • If onsite, conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness of tour path.
  • If onsite, conduct property visits to ensure a high level of curb appeal by determining, implementing, and following up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at property. 
  • Post and refresh all marketing advertisements. 
  • Email Portfolio Manager daily notes. 
  • Other daily, weekly, and monthly duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and a clean driving record (required)
  • 2 Years Property Management experience (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of ORLTA (highly preferred)
  • Fair Housing knowledge (required)
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Lease up experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (required)
  • AppFolio experience (preferred)
  • Tenant Tech experience (preferred)
  • Applicants must pass a criminal background check upon offer of employment.
