Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the locally adopted codes.
Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with building codes, specifications, and blueprints.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify deviations from project requirements.
- Utilize schematics and blueprints to assess the accuracy of construction work.
- Collaborate with construction management and contractors to address any quality control issues.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- ICC certifications
- Clean Driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Texas Plumbing Inspector License
- ICC Combination Inspector Certification
