About the Job:

We are a Non-Profit Immigration ORGANIZATION. We offer low-cost immigration document preparation and filing services nationwide and globally. The types of services we offer are Asylum, Perm, Green Cards, Employment visas, Investment visas, DACA, Family-Based Visas, marriage visas, citizenship, deportation, cancelation of removals document preparation, and more. We also have a Mental Health Care company named Atlas Global Healthcare that provides support for other social services needs for Women and Children who have been victims of Domestic Violence and relief for victims of Trafficking, sexual, trauma, and mental abuse. We work hand in hand with the counties and states providing placement, treatment, and relocation back into the community. We have a team of staff members that are from different countries. We are an organization that people trust and rely on.

Having knowledge of languages other than English is a benefit but not required. The majority of our clients are from Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

We process many different types of visas like family-based, employment-based, business-based, cancellation of removals, deportation procedures, and citizenship-based visas nationwide.
The candidate must be efficient and have vast knowledge and experience with filling out forms for USCIS and EOIR and the Attorney general offices.
Candidate must be able to work 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and also be able to work hours over this to ensure that packages and deadlines are met.
Atlas uses Docketwise as its' core internal software for preparing our immigration petitions for clients.
Atlas will also sponsor the candidate to be a partial or full ACCREDITTED REPRESENTATIVE with the Department Of Justice to get credentials immediately as long as they have the specific requirements satisfied for us to apply for them. We we also pay for the cost of taking the mandatory OVERVIEW OF IMMIGRATION LAW COURSE needed.
the candidate will have 2 other immigration paralegals to assist them.

This candidate will help do the clients form filings, and screenings, communicate directly with all clients, prepare applications/petitions, assist in off-property seminars and presentations, and help with cultivating community awareness for immigration with directors. Will be working closely with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of State, the Department of Justice: (EOIR) Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Department of Labor.

Job Details:

This position is full-time with health benefits, 10 days PTO, and 1-week vacation along with bonuses after a probationary period is satisfied.
The position needs to be filled IMMEDIATELY. It would be a bonus if you are bilingual but not a prerequisite.

PREFERRED:

Extensive Immigration Experience.
Immigration Educational/ Course Studies.
Knowledge of EB3-Employment-Based (PERM) Application Process.

The whole staff is comprised of people who at some point went through the immigration process and/or who have a PASSION to help people in need and who are dedicated to ensuring accurate preparation of all documents provided to USCIS for our clients.

We are located in Pembroke Pines right off the turnpike. We are moving our main office to the Hollywood area in just a couple of months. There are great opportunities for advancement in management.
