About the Job:

Immigration Customer Service Call Center Representative (Non-Profit Immigration Foundation)
We are Atlas Immigration Foundation. We have an immediate opening for Customer Service Call Center Reps. Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish and English. Most of our clients are from all Latin Countries including Brazil. We just recently moved our offices to Hollywood Florida on Hollywood Blvd.
Responsibilities:

Answer calls from clients that contact us via phone, social media, and our Whatsapp groups.
Set appointments for the new clients for screenings in our calendars.
Assist the Paralegal department with creating client intake files.
Must have good computer and phone skills. Preferred knowledge of all Google applications.
Must be able to work 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
Must have good communication skills in English/Spanish/Portuguese.
This candidate will help the clients with booking appointments and help with cultivating community awareness for immigration.

Job Needs:

The position needs to be filled IMMEDIATELY.
