We are looking to add the right people who will support our company mission, vision and values. We are currently seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to join our team in West Sacramento.

**Basic Function:**

Process all OTC Parts sales from Inside and Outside salespeople, providing regular updates to the Director of Service Sales, Salesperson, and the customer.

**Nature & Scope:**

**Shares responsibility and works closely as a team with the Internal Service Salespeople to coordinate the activities of their shared Service territory. Serve as information liaison between the Service Sales Department and customers on parts orders.**

**Principle Duties:**

* **Answer incoming Parts calls for existing orders.**

* **Schedule service jobs upon receipt of customer purchase orders or won quotes from CTS.**

* **Dispatch, and schedule all shop and field service repairs in computer system.**

* **Maintain weekly technician service schedule and supply to technicians.**

* **Provide prompt response and regular updates to customers.**

* **Maintain and update parts orders in computer system (including both Sales Force and Power BI).**

* **Facilitate the closing of parts orders approved for invoicing; including processing credit card sales**

* **Maintain all paperwork and ensure POs, orders, quotes, etc are maintained to ensure prompt customer follow-up and compliance with company procedures**

* **Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.**

* **Perform all duties in accordance with Quincy standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.**

* **Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.**

* **Cross-train on Inside Sales duties and serve as their backup.**
