DESCRIPTION:
The Securitization Analyst will be required to assist with trust and investor reporting. The
primary objective of the position is to prepare, analyze, and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly
reports, as well as ensure the reports adhere to securitization legal documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly asset backed securitization reports
• Read and comprehend securitization legal documents
• Gather and analyze data and information
• Identify reporting issues related to system of record data and resolve in a timely manner
• Perform monthly close of investor portfolios
• Monitor and reconcile investor bank accounts
• Ad hoc reports when requested
REQUIREMENTS:
• Position is in-office
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance or accounting
• Two to three years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Must be proficient in Excel (intermediate or advance skill set preferred)
• Able to balance routine responsibilities with ad hoc requests
• Ability to work independently
• Adapt to changes in the work environment
• Able to identify, analyze, and solve problems
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills – must be able to write clearly and informatively
• Must be detail oriented, highly analytical, and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Able to work effectively within a team environment
• Must be objective and open to others’ views
