Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being.
You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Able to learn all aspects of the retail / restaurant fish business
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct daily 5 minutes pre-shift meetings
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a food and beverage budget
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Hold all kitchen staff, Sushi staff, and restaurant staff to all policies and procedures.
- Able to lift Minium of 25 lbs.
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- certified in serv safe
