- Opening all mail and scanning into our systems
- Delivering mail to all departments
- Coordination on packages being mailed out of the office or any incoming packages
- Help with setting up/cleaning up for events, moving tables, chairs, etc.
- As needed executive errands
- And any other ad hoc projects needing assistance for the mail room or facilities
