We are seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

```Duties```

- Perform routine/preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment on-site

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities

```Qualifications```

- Mechanical aptitude

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and supervisors

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

We are aware that there are not a lot of people with refrigeration experience. A willingness to learn and do it quickly is a must. Basic math skills and invoice creation is required. Training (paid) will last until it is deemed that the new hire has learned enough to be issued a van and work an assigned schedule independently. Please note that a large part of the job is repetitive cleaning of equipment, going up and down ladders, lifting up to 50lbs, and lots of bending and getting on the ground.

HVAC or electrical experience is a plus however, we encourage anyone with field, mechanical, construction, cleaning, factory, maintenance, or related fields to apply.
