Position: Customer Service Liaison (Intermediate)
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Liaison is responsible for providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers. This position requires a high level of customer service, problem solving, and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Liaison will be expected to respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide customer support in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers while in the service area.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and inquiries
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer service
• Participate in customer service training and development programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist with other customer service related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
