Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager.

Our ideal candidate can ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our Service Department and will need to present themselves with a professional and polished demeanor.

Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits following 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Contacts each customer to determine their satisfaction with their Service experience, their Service Advisor, and the repair or maintenance of their vehicle
• Contacts customers who previously visited the Service Department to see if they have any concerns with regard to the performance of the vehicle and remind them of scheduled maintenance along with any factory recalls that may have occurred
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Must have great phone and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Must have an outgoing personality (a "people person")
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
