Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring contract sites, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.
Duties:
- Monitor cameras, detect and prevent security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on site
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including investigating disturbances and reporting any suspicious activity
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with any security-related concerns or inquiries
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Skills:
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but strongly encourage)
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and their operation
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required
