Atlanta Metropolitan State College, is an institution of the University System of Georgia. We are now accepting applications for Part-time Instructors for the Upward Bound Summer Enrichment Program. The Summer Enrichment Program will be held at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, Georgia, which is located approximately 100 miles from Atlanta Metropolitan State College.

Provides students with instruction and hands-on experiences with robots.

Teach students of how robots work, how to program them, troubleshoot, and maintain them.

Establish classroom management policies and procedures needed to maintain a productive, conducive, classroom environment.

Work with Upward Bound staff to integrate special subject lessons and activities with core academic curriculum.

Attend teacher orientation/planning session(s), program activities, & final teacher evaluation closing session.

This position is listed as Campus Safety Authority (CSA).

Bachelor degree in related subject area.

Two years of teaching experience/instruction at the high school or college/university level.

Must have the ability to work with students from various backgrounds.

Masters degree in related subject area.

$2,000.00 / Semester.
