Part time Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with Company. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication/computer skills. Positive attitude, however, is required. This is an at office position, this NOT a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Heavy data entry
• Back-up Dispatch duties
• Back-up Hiring Department
• Continuously monitor dispatch programs, GPS, and driver communication
• Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Prepare invoices for review.
• Use effective listening skills to collect required information and escalate pertinent information
