ATI is seeking a talented HR leader to provide day-to-day human resources support to functional areas of our corporate and enterprise resource center and serve as a collaborative team member within its Human Resources team. **The Opportunity:**

The HR Business Partner (HRBP), will be responsible for implementing the full scope of HR generalist activities and strategies for the Digital Technology and Finance Teams including improving organization capability, change management, team development and talent acquisition, compensation administration, communications, talent development, and employee relations. Reporting to the Vice President, HR, the incumbent will administer HR policies and procedures and provide day-to-day HR support for the Digital Technology and Finance functions. The HRBP will play an important role across the corporate and enterprise resource center by collaborating and providing leadership on HR-wide projects.

A successful candidate will be a confident written and verbal communicator with executive presence. They will also be resilient and able to thrive in fast paced environment with a high level of energy. Additionally, this person will have exceptional listening skills and the ability to relate to, influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization. This role will require periodic travel.

**Essential Functions:**

Provide HR generalist support to senior leaders and their teams, e.g. employee relations, performance management and succession

Lead and fully execute key HR strategies and initiatives across customer groups

Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans

Review and analyze organization data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and engagement

Provide leader and employee coaching and feedback

Partner with legal team on employee relations matters including support of investigations

Effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

Partner with digital technology and finance leaders on organization design, effectiveness and workforce planning

Establishes and leverages strong working relationship with DT and Finance business partners and HR leaders to effectively deliver integrated HR/talent outcomes

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Compensation, etc.) to achieve business results including design staffing strategies for hiring needs including niche talent and campus recruiting

**Basic Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field

5 years Human Resources Generalist experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field

Experience providing HR support in the finance and information technology area

Ability to define priorities and focus on areas that add value. Able to focus on processes and actions necessary to achieve goals. Proven ability to organize people and activities.
