Project Estimator
ATI Restoration, LLC. (ATI) is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients - no project is too big or too small. As a part of our national expansion efforts, we are adding to our teams. We are looking to fill a role on our Central Estimating Team to support our growth and to improve in standardizing our estimating practices. Creating estimates for both mitigation and reconstruction in both the residential and commercial structure will require an expert on all phases of the life-cycle of a restoration loss.
Job Description
The Project Estimator estimates and budgets the progress of water, fire, smoke and other losses, serving as the key link with sales and operations. While maintaining strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards, the Project Estimator must periodically inspect project sites, ensure project documents are complete and identify the elements of the project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. You will be responsible for understanding estimate and scope preferences, creating estimates and budgets based upon site visits or geospatial technology. Candidates must be proficient in Xactimate, structural building experience, and preferably have insurance restoration experience.
Base Salary Range: $65,000-$100,000 Plus Incentive
