Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for effectively sourcing and engaging top talent for the Company.

The main focus of this role will be sourcing a high volume of candidates for clinic-based positions, especially physical therapist roles.

The Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with hiring leaders and their peers in Talent Acquisition to develop and implement advanced proactive, innovative, and dynamic sourcing strategies for experienced clinicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent across various channels including social media, resume databases, job boards, and professional networks
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand staffing needs and develop deep expertise in sourcing for hard to fill positions
  • Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing metrics and effectiveness while making data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing efforts
  • Develop sourcing models that meet the organizational needs and serve as a best practice guide ensuring high-quality talent pools of diverse clinical candidates
  • Collaborate with broader Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross functional managers on annual hiring plans, budgets, and calendar of events
  • Participate in intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local sourcing nuances and identify countermeasures
  • Provide sourcing and candidate engagement best practices and knowledge sharing across the team

Job Requirements / Specifications

Education and Experience : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

  • 2 years of direct sourcing experience within the Healthcare industry required / Physical Therapy preferred
  • Direct experience with various sourcing tools (e.g. iCims, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed, etc.) and techniques (e.

g. Boolean search, A / B message testing, talent mapping, etc.) required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related experience preferred

  • Expert knowledge in candidate sourcing; preferably in health care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including both verbal and writtten communication
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite of products, especially Powerpoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of job market and current trends

Language Skills

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
  • Occasionally lift and / or move up to 20-25 pounds
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
