As a tutor with us, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized instruction to students in their homes and virtually, on an as-needed basis. We welcome certified teachers, experienced tutors, and subject matter experts to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of students.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects, including but not limited to Math, Science, English Language Arts, History, and Foreign Languages.
• Prepare students for standardized tests, including SAT, ACT, and AP exams, through targeted instruction and practice.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student growth and academic achievement.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and/or guardians to track progress and address any concerns or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, a relevant subject area, or related field.
• Teaching certification preferred but not required.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for in-person sessions.
