We are looking for someone who has a great sense of product education, product help center and project management with a can do attitude. You will work closely with Global PMMs, Learning Experience, Sales, and Product teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for product learning journey and digital advertising, exhibit excellent skills in content strategy, communication, project management, problem solving and data analyzing.

Main activities:

• Develop written content for our Business Help Center that teaches people how to use the platform for Business monetization products.
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members to resolve feedback and identify creative solutions to business challenges.
• Translate complicated concepts, government policies, and legalese into blissfully jargon-free copy.
• Juggle multiple projects on fast-moving schedules.
• Own creative projects and tasks with guidance and support from senior leads.
• Experience working with designers and programmers to improve the usability of products and other features.
• Maintain regular, in-time, and effective communication, engagement with key stakeholders to hit project timelines and quality goals.
• Quickly adapt to last-minute asks and changing timelines with flexibility and good humor.

To standing out in this role is necessary:

• 4-6 years experience writing for an established consumer brand.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Deadline-driven with strong time management skills.
• Ability to nimbly balance brand voice and style with marketing strategies.
• Ability to follow legal guidance and balance requirements in striving for the best user experience.
• Ability to address delicate issues with sensitivity and empathy.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary (owner mentality).

• Copy editing experience.
• Experience writing for an ESL audience.
