Job Description: As a Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (CSR) at ATECH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate service requests by scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and equipment maintenance history.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, providing necessary information and support to ensure successful service delivery.
• Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.
• Uphold company values and standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications for scheduling, data entry, and customer management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
