Job Title: RN - HHA Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a compliant training program aligned with governmental and contractual regulations and organizational policies.
• Design instructional materials and methods, including individual and group training sessions, to meet training objectives and standards.
• Conduct training sessions covering various areas such as new employee orientation, safety practices, and leadership development.
• Assess and ensure the competency of Home Care Aides through testing and evaluation in a laboratory setting.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and timely submission, supervise training associates if applicable, and conduct agency in-service programs.
• Adhere to organizational standards and complete mandatory annual trainings on topics such as sexual harassment prevention, IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Education:

• Bachelors or better in Nursing.

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9-5PM.

• RN License
