We are looking for a passionate individuals to add to the Full Time Maintenance Team. We are looking for reliable, mature, responsible person with great team skills.

This position requires a flexible schedule including Rotating weekends for on call only. Prior Maintenance experience is preferred, but not required We will train the right person.

JOB DUTY OVERVIEW:

• Completes assigned work orders.
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Concrete
• Minor Gas dispenser repairs
• All duties that is assigned to you.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Must be drug free, must have a valid driver license and good driving record in order to be considered for the position
"Lots of driving". Will be required drop off and pick up supplies, equipment and furnishings. Provides assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and our Office.

All candidates for this position must also possess these qualities:

• Basic Building and Plumbing Repairs
• Cleaning/Maintenance of building, grounds, and parking lot
• Clean/maintain several of our properties
• Empty and Clean Garbage Cans
• Follow all safety policies and procedures as instructed
• Move furniture/assist housekeeping and any other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain a professional attitude towards EVERYONE!
