We're a Heavy Duty Diesel Truck and Trailer Service Shop dealing with our own in-house fleet and retail customers. We're looking for a Service Coordinator to manage the daily and weekly workflow of jobs both Scheduled and Unscheduled through the shop from job creation to completion. This position requires someone capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment able to make alterations to the service schedule regularly and able to maintain communication with any POC related to the job.
Work: Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Pay: $18 per hour - will vary based on experience
Expectation:

• Can understand resource availability and use estimated job times & job priorities to schedule work
• Able to use a computer and various computer/cloud-based programs with ease
• Easily accepts instruction
• Learns and executes tasks by instruction and demonstration
• Able to record processes and work with management to improve them

Status: Full-Time, paid Hourly
