Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in Caro, MI. As an RN Psych, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and pay up to $64 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with mental health conditions
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
